a whirwind of stuff
I haven't posted in a few days, and I know some of you are looking to the blog to the blog to get my updates.
So here's a new one.
For the last day and a half, I've been in a different area of the country, though it's in the same island. I will leave in the morning, and that is why this is the whirlwind trip.
Today I got to visit a couple different shore lines, and get a bit of perspective on what happened here. No matter how much I say,it won't be clear enough, and it will be understand, without having seen it.
The wave that came on the shore we were in tonight, got hit with a 70 foot wave, that crested some 300 meters in. That is one massive wave!!!!
I've had a chance to talk to some survivors, see some of the conditions here now, got a little shopping in, and we had a bonfire on the beach tonight. It's been incredible.
Now I must go to bed, cause I have a headache and am exhausted, plus, I have to leave back to the city of Medan in the morning!
Salamat Malam (Goodnight)

I love waves, but I hope I will never see one like that. I can't wait to hear all your stories. Come back soon. We miss you!
Love,

That is one scary wave. I just had de ja vu (spelling?). I hope that doesn't mean there's a glitch in the matrix.
The boys are looking forward to your return on Sunday. I love you.
